Glass Block Warehouse, Inc. will be happy to review return requests within 7 days of receipt of the shipment of your ordered items. In regards to a return involving loose glass block and glass block accessories, the products returned will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. All refunds are applicable for the cost of goods only.
Due to the nature and weight of glass block products, and the cost of repackaging, Glass Block Warehouse, Inc. is not responsible for the cost of any inbound or outbound shipping charges.
Any custom or prefabricated units are not eligible for refunds and all sales of such products are final sale only. If there is damage during transit of your custom or prefabricated unit, contact our office to initiate an insurance claim with the logistics company. It is of vital importance that you submit via email photos of the damaged product and the claim must be filed within 7 days of the delivery of the product.
