Ordering & Payment:
Glass Block Warehouse accepts online payments via Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. Our secure payment system ensures your transactions are private and secure, with no information shared with outside parties.
If online payment options are not suitable, you can also pay by credit card over the phone. Alternatively, you may send a check for the purchase amount; your order will be processed and shipped once the check clears.
Contractors and construction professionals can request a credit application at any time. Upon approval, you’ll receive a line of credit with Glass Block Warehouse. Orders exceeding the credit limit will require full payment of the remaining balance before processing.
Cancellations:
Online orders for loose glass blocks (glass blocks only) can be canceled if they haven’t been manufactured or shipped. Once received, you can arrange to return the products for a refund of the product cost only; shipping expenses are non-refundable.
All sales of Vinyl and Wood products are final.
