Shipping Information: How and When Your Product Will Arrive
Arrival Date
Most popular glass block styles, products, and masonry tools are in stock and ship the same day if the order is placed by noon, Monday through Friday. Specialty glass blocks are made to order and typically ship within two weeks. Once we receive the product, it will be pulled and shipped within 24 hours. Transit times vary by location and depend on freight company access; UPS Ground is preferred and usually takes 3-5 business days.
Canadian Shipments
Shipments to Canada may be subject to additional taxes and duty charges according to Canadian laws.
Next Day Shipping Service
Next Day Shipping is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time.
Next Day Air Saver
Next Day Air Saver is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time, but it does not deliver on Saturdays.
Pallet Freight
Delivery is made via truck with your order on a pallet. This includes residential deliveries with a liftgate, which unloads the product to your curb without needing a forklift. Please note that inside deliveries are not provided. UPS will contact you by phone to schedule a convenient delivery time.
Prefabricated Glass Block Windows
These custom-ordered windows take 3-5 days to fabricate. They will be shipped as soon as they are ready. Transit times vary based on the freight service selected, with UPS Ground being the preferred and economical choice, usually requiring 3-5 business days in transit.
Glass Block Shower Kits
Custom ordered to your specifications, these kits take up to 3 weeks to prefabricate. They will be shipped immediately upon completion. Delivery times vary by location. They are shipped on pallets suitable for residential delivery, and trucks may have lift gates if needed.
Vinyl Windows
Also custom-made to your specifications, these windows require two weeks for manufacturing. They will be shipped as soon as they are ready. Transit times depend on the selected freight service, with UPS Ground being the preferred and economical option, usually taking 3-5 business days in transit.
Tracking
You’ll receive an order number at the time of purchase, which you can use to track your shipment directly on our site. Enter the order number to get your tracking number and access an onsite UPS tracking page for detailed information about your shipment.
