Our Online Return Policy
Glass Block Warehouse is happy to process a partial refund if the product is returned undamaged within seven days of receipt. Return shipping and the cost of the original shipping are the consumer’s responsibility. Due to our extensive inventory and ongoing manufacturing, returns for loose glass blocks and vents are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the order has not yet shipped, a 5% fee will be applied to cover credit card costs. For orders canceled after shipping, Glass Block Warehouse reserves the right to deduct both the outbound and return shipping costs, in addition to the 20% restocking fee, from your refund.

Damaged Products
While rare, damage during transit can occur. If your product arrives damaged, take pictures of the package and email them to [email protected]. Then, call Glass Block Warehouse to file a claim and start preparing a replacement. Claims for damaged products must be filed within 7 days of receipt. Contacting us after this period will result in the inability to file a claim with the shipping company, which may affect your ability to receive a replacement.
Occasionally, we may authorize a return. To request an exception, email [email protected]. If authorized, return shipping is at your expense. Once the product is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee. Note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
